GETTING OUTSIDE
The many positive benefits of time spent in nature and in particular, angling are well documented.
A study as recent as September 2020 demonstrated proof that angling can provide a positive and restorative contribution to improving a person’s mental therapeutic wellbeing. Angling provides an invaluable distraction within the physical task of fishing itself, whilst providing long term exposure to scientifically proven, beneficial ‘blue / green’ spaces.
RELAXING EXPERIENCE
Like the ‘Introduction to Angling’ session, this is a very relaxed ‘give it a go’ fishing experience. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Cheshire countryside – simply enjoying just being there whilst the world goes by. This could suit anyone experiencing or suffering from :-
– Work related stress
– Recent bereavement
– P.T.S.D
– Anxiety
– Life limiting illness
– Any issue relating to mental wellbeing.
HALF DAY SESSION
09:30-12:30 or 13:00-16:00
(flexible to suit needs or daylight hours during winter months)

TACKLE & EQUIPMENT
